How can I make payments for an apartment?

Payments can be made by way of cash deposit or electronic fund transfer.

What does each apartment come with?

Each apartment comes fully air conditioned, kitchen fitted with built-in oven, private garden, private parking

What types of apartments do you have?

2 & 3 Bed Unfurnished Duplex, 2 Bed Fully Furnished Duplex

Do I have to pay security deposit?

Yes. In the event of any damage caused by the tenant, the security deposit would be used to remedy the damage. However, if there is no damage, no lost keys, the security deposit will be fully returned to you, without any problem.

Do you provide long and short term stay?

Yes, we do

What facilities does the apartment have?

24-Hour security, On-site Maintenance Team, On-site Management Team, Communal pool.

Do you have a pet policy? If so, what is it.

No pets allowed, such details are given in the lease contract

What utility bills are my responsibility?

Tenants only take up responsibility for utilities depending on whether their apartment is unfurnished or serviced short term stay such as electricity, WI-FI, Water, power backup, Trash and cleaning services.

What should I do if during my rental, A problem in the apartment occurs?

If a problem comes up (Plumbing, electricity, heating, water leak…), do not phone to a repair person. Instead, as soon as possible, contact the Property Management Office to inform them of the problem.

What are the Check-in and Check-out time?

Check-in time is at 2pm and check-out time is at 10am

What is your cancellation policy?

Once you have signed the lease agreement, the contract is legal and binding, making the rent in advance non-refundable.

Do I have to pay security deposit?

Yes. In the event of any damage caused by the tenant, the security deposit would be used to remedy the damage. However, if there is no damage, no lost keys, the security deposit will be fully returned to you, without any problem.

What does the rental price include?

The rental price for our short-term rental apartment includes utility bills such as electricity, WI-FI, power backup, trash.

What do the cleaning service include?

Cleaning of apartment is done three times a week excluding weekends and public holidays.

How is the apartment condition and inventory carried out?

When you arrive at our apartment for rent, the owner or his representative welcome you. You check together room by room the condition and contents of the Apartment. If you notice that something is not in good condition, you must indicate this on the apartment condition – inventory document. Then the tenant signs this ‘’Apartment condition – inventory document.

What should I do if during my rental, A problem in the apartment occurs?

Must the owner be here when I leave the apartment? May I leave the keys inside the apartment when I go for short term rental?

Before your leaving, you AND a representative from the property management office MUST check together the condition and the content of the apartment and verify it with the ‘’Apartment condition- inventory document’’ that was signed by the tenant. So, a representative from the property management office must be present and you can give him the keys back. If you decide to leave in the very early morning, this should be communicated to the property management office in advance.
