Once you have signed the lease agreement, the contract is legal and binding, making the rent in advance non-refundable.

Cleaning of apartment is done three times a week excluding weekends and public holidays.
When you arrive at our apartment for rent, the owner or his representative welcome you. You check together room by room the condition and contents of the Apartment. If you notice that something is not in good condition, you must indicate this on the apartment condition – inventory document. Then the tenant signs this ‘’Apartment condition – inventory document.

Before your leaving, you AND a representative from the property management office MUST check together the condition and the content of the apartment and verify it with the ‘’Apartment condition- inventory document’’ that was signed by the tenant. So, a representative from the property management office must be present and you can give him the keys back. If you decide to leave in the very early morning, this should be communicated to the property management office in advance.
